Our founding story
In 2020 Elise McCann and Lucy Durack had been handed some lemons (like everyone – except maybe toilet paper shareholders). They tried an array of well-being apps but nothing felt right. In need of a pep talk, they turned to one another and the idea for Hey Lemonade was born.

Lucy Durack and Elise McCann are two of Australia’s most effervescent performers. In their circles of friends they are the pep talkers, they are the people you go to when life gives you lemons. With Hey Lemonade, they now provide the pep you need from your very own pocket!
