Shaw Innes is an innovative technology leader and change agent with broad experience in IT solution design, technology transformation, software development and operations. 

Over the last 20 years, Shaw has delivered technology solutions across the heavily regulated gambling industry, commodity export, manufacturing, geospatial, unmanned aircraft and finance industries. Shaw is highly skilled at building cross-organisational relationships which improve culture and business outcomes.

Shaw is currently a principal consultant at SixPivot as well as Co-founder and CTO of B2B fintech startup Leases16 and Founder of SerenityOne. Shaw was a key software development innovator working for over 7 years at Tatts Group. Achievements include introduction of the concept of DevOps, introduction of Infrastructure Automation initiatives, transformation of legacy technology practices to make use of continuous delivery and selection for the 2015 Tatts Group Future Leaders Program. 

Shaw is a frequent participant in startup weekends and hackathons, being a member of winning teams on several occasions. His passion for learning, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship is a unique asset to any team, helping to bring ideas to reality through the development of prototypes, MVPs, products and then working with stakeholders to align ongoing technology needs for the future direction of the business.
