Her career has spanned learning and development, leadership, coaching, facilitation, partnerships and entrepreneurship, with experience designing and delivering programs that improve capability, wellbeing and performance.

Having founded her own wellbeing business and worked with organisations across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Natalie brings a practical, human-centred approach to every project. She loves creating experiences that spark reflection, build confidence and help people take meaningful action.

When she’s not facilitating workshops or working with clients, you’ll usually find her training for her next marathon or exploring how the science of behaviour, wellbeing and performance can help people flourish.
